It would be great upon intake to add custom medical records with reminders. I know you can add journal entries but they are delete once the reminder is sent. And you have an up to date field. Adding a custom report to view so we know what animals need what vaccination. 

This is option would help out tremendously!

      Agreed and I as well would rather not get emails. Half the time people forget or overlook emails. A reminder upon login would be great. 

      I really like the program but if it doesn't have the feature we desperately need I may have to look elsewhere...

        I have requested two additional fields for journal entries - Due Date and Item Due - with the intent that those due dates would stay until removed.  I personally don't like the reminders coming into my inbox for adopted dogs every day, so I would rather not use the reminder feature, but rather run reports as needed for who is due (or overdue) for what.  Hoping that is an easy fix because I agree, this would help out tremendously.
