We have added a button on the User page so you can delete a User. That should remove them from your User Logins list and prevent them from being used.
We still recommend that you remove any Roles from the User immediately if the individual is no longer active with your organization.

Is it possible to delete multiple user accounts at the same time? We have over 300 to remove so it would very time consuming to do these individually.

It would have been a much better design to have a drop down on the grid to allow multiple deletions, one at a time is very time consuming.

There is not currently a way to "delete" a User Login Account. It's on our todo list. Removing the roles from the User does prevent them from logging in to your Manage account and accessing your account in any way.
This request has already been added to our Requests system at the URL below. The request is a high priority to us. I would recommend that you Vote and Watch the issue for any future updates.

Without the ability to delete user accounts, we have a serious security issue, it would seem to me that this would be a priority, there has to be a way to remove login permissions.

Karlene Ochoa No, there's no security issue. You simply remove the Roles from the Login and that prevents the person from accessing your account.

@Richard, it could be argued that if they have login access, they can access anything. The first layer of security is to be able to remove those login accounts if needed. I so appreciated all your group has done for rescue, but this is something that should be addressed. Is there a time frame for the ability to inactivate or delete the user logins?

Karlene Ochoa, as I said, when you remove the Roles from the Login they CANNOT access your account. They CANNOT login to your account if they do not have any Roles. I do not have an ETA for when organizations will be able to delete the Logins but as soon as we do we will update this question.

I've updated my original answer with a link to the Request for enhancement that I just created. That public request is linked in the system to the private request that has existed for some time. The request is definitely a high priority for us and we have actually already done most of the work concerning this update, but I do not have an ETA for when it will be available to our users.

Richard [RG] Will do, I try very had to keep in mind the intent of the website design and the fact your group has done this on a shoe string with a hope and a prayer, and it is appreciated, but I do think this is important, if for no other reason than end user perception and sense of security in this day and age of non stop hacking.

Richard [RG], are there any new updates? This is a feature I have been looking for for almost 4 years, and originally inquired about 4 years ago, and was told it was high priority then. I'd LOVE to declutter our user login page. There are so many inactive volunteers on the list we have. I went to the link above to vote for this enhancement, but the vote link was grayed out with zero votes logged, so I'm not sure if that suggestion board is still being used or not.

There are several contacts with multiple, unnecessary User Login Accounts listed that I want to completely erase for decluttering purposes. I don't see a way to do this right now. The only suggestion I can find is to remove all of the accounts' user roles, which does make them powerless, but does not erase them.
