Can I upload Adoption Files for the organization so all contacts can access?

    Ok, maybe you can help clarify for me. We are using RG already for our org., but I'm confused by what we are using now compared to having the Data Management Service and Website Service because there is no place for FILES in the current browser. We can upload documents PER animal, but I was looking for a place that we could upload PDFs & Documents associated with our organization for everyone to access. 

    Do we pay for additional service for that? If so, how much and where do I find info on that?

      Hi Lori,

      With the Data Management Service and Website Service, you can upload files.

      • You can upload files to an animal.
      • You can upload files to a contact.
      • You can also upload general files to the Files & Documents.

      I really depends on what type of file you are wanting to upload and where it should be accessed from.
