Hi Michael,
We are always open to suggestions about improving the system to create the best possible workflow for RescueGroups.org users. We offer an online feature called JIRA for creating feature requests, improvement requests, and even submitting bug reports.
The JIRA system allows other RescueGroups.org users to view the request, upvote it, watch it for updates, and comment on it. It's a great way for us at RescueGroups.org to see what the community sees as being the most necessary and useful features and improvements to our service.
To create a JIRA you will use the same username and password as you do for this Q&A system, and login here: JIRA - Bugs, Improvements, Feature Requests
For this particular request, I would call this an "Improvement," request, rather than a feature, as the Adoptions Tracker already exists and you would be requesting to add fields to it.

Please consider adding the following fields to the Adoptions screen: 1) Add Field (Y/N) "Adoption Agreement Received". 2) Add Field ($) "Puppy Spay/Neuter Deposit Received". 3) Add Field (Date) "puppy pay/neuter due date" 4) Add field (Date) "Puppy Spay/Neuter documentation received". 5) add field (Y/N) "Deposit Refunded"
Explanation: It is common practice to have adopters sign an adoption agreement. Need check box to indicate that the agreement has been received.
Explanation: "Puppy Spay/Neuter It is common practice to collect a deposit for puppies that are too young to be spay/neuter that is refundable once proof of Spay/Neuter is provided. Dates are needed so volunteers can follow-up with reminders. Need to generate a report of who to follow-up with this week or who is outstanding. (i.e. aging report) Some adopters ask for a refund of their deposit while others ask to make it a donation. Would like to be able to report on this.
