Can the animal's name or submitter be in the subject line for email notification?

Hi...Is there a way that the animal's name and/or person submitting the online form can show up in the subject line of the email notification that comes through?

      Hi Erin, Unfortunately, it isn't something that is currently available but it's a great idea and it's certainly something we could consider adding in the future. I would recommend that you add a feature request by clicking on the link below.
