RescueGroups.org provides organization and animal information to hundreds of websites and services. It is our intention to provide only accurate and timely information.
This is the one of the reasons we have created the Rescue/Shelter Requirements and Expectations.
An organization's account will remain active, as long as the perform one of the following functions within a 30 day period:
- Login with any User Login Account with any volunteer role
- Add or update a pet via any of the RescueGroups.org websites, or via the FTP import process.
- Complete the Account Verification process by clicking the link in the Verification email
If an account becomes inactive, RescueGroups.org will send an email reminder at 30 days.
If the account is still inactive at 45 days, the account will be updated so that the account's adoptable pets are no longer exported to the adoption listing websites.
To reactivate an account, do the following:
- Login with any User Login Account with any volunteer role
- Click the link at the top of the page to re-enable exports
