Can I add my own custom Submitted Form statuses

I would like to see a few more online form status entries.. we offer a food bank and the applications that have been approved or denied, have no file to go to, so that we can run reports, nor can we track them…

    Hi, We use Pending as the status before it is assigned a processor in the approval phase.  We would like a status to label when the approved adopter is in the process of finalizing an adoption.  Thank you, Dawn

    Yes, a way to edit the statuses (there are many, I suggest reducing the defaults, and allowing the field to be customizable) to include those that are more applicable to the rescue.  For us, in particular, we need a status that is means an application has been withdrawn by the submitter, or has been rejected for the animal they were applying for.  "Denied" is too negative.  Just something that says that the application is good, but a better (or an earlier submitted) applicant was selected for the animal in question.  

    It would also be nice to have some sort of timed status for "incomplete" applications that purge them based on a group's setting.

    We're considering adding a status for submitted forms, something like "Vet Check Underway". In 2015 it said that a custom statuses feature was under review.  What's the current "status" on this item? Thanks in advance.

    Dawn, we're not able to add Submitted Forms statuses at this time, but we hope to have custom statuses in the future, and there's actually a request already in our system that you might want to watch/vote on: https://jira.rescuegroups.org/browse/CMTY-178

      Still would love to be able to do this. We need something like "ghosted" or "never heard back". We can use other statuses, but they're not as specific
