Assign journal entry to another staff member

Ability to run reports on journal entires particually around vaccines and due date (I’ve only been able to run reports on the date received) and ability to assign the journal entry to another staff member.

    I would also like to see a report that just runs for animals spayed/neutered or not. Also would like the ability to set up the journal page with our logo, name and contact information so that when printed for adopters looks more professional. Laura

    Stephanie, the request to be able to run reports by due date is actually already in another request. However, regarding your request to be able to assign journal entries to another staff member, could you please expand on what you mean? Do you mean assign the journal entry for follow-up?

    Bringing back an old request...we desperately need this feature and can't use reminders without it. Let me explain why it would be critical for us. Our animal intakes are processed by volunteers, and they are the ones adding journal entries for each vaccination that is done on intake, but I need our medical staff to be the ones that get the email reminders for booster shots, etc. We would love to be able to designate who gets these reminders! A super easy variation would be to allow us to skip the email all together and I'll just have the med staff run the upcoming reminders report. A very very cool feature would still skip the reminder emails and instead deliver the reminders to our med staff RG accounts so they show up on their home page (under the My Journal Reminders link). Then when a reminder is completed, it could be checked off all of our med staff's list. This would probably require a new role of Med Admin or something, but would be so incredibly useful!!

    Richard, I'm going to create a journal entry for each pup with a reminder that it's time for the pup to be altered.  But I don't want the reminder, the foster or foster coordinator needs the reminder.  How can I assign a specific person to get the reminder rather than me?

    Kim, there's no way to do that right now.  But I think the following request is the same as your question:

    Although this is not currently a feature, there is an open request to have this functionality added to the Data Management Service.  You can watch, upvote, and comment on the open request here:
