How do I duplicate an application? When I try to duplicate the resulting form is "Incomplete," and data from original form does not transpose.

When we have an applicant interested in more than one pet, it would be helpful to duplicate the submitted form and assign to the other pet.  I follow the logical steps but the resulting form has null answers for all fields except contact info.

      Kristen,

      While you cannot duplicate a submitted form, you can submit a form for the applicant.

      Submitting an online form for someone else

      You can also add a second question to your form with the "Available Animals" dropdown for them to select a second animal. However, only the first selected animal is connected to the form. If they adopt the second animal and not the first, you would edit the submitted form and choose the correct animal they are adopting on your first Available Animals dropdown.

      If they adopt more than one animal, you can track this by going to Animals > Adoptions. You may also want to add a comment to the submitted form regarding the adoption and possibly a note in the Private Notes of each animal.
