It looks like Adoption Fee is not included in the list of fields that are exported to Petfinder. You can see that list in our FAQ here: What animal fields are exported to Petfinder?
As far as a date, we would need to look at the specific animal in question. You would need to open a support ticket and provide an example for us to look into.

Why doesn't the adoption fee get exported to Petfinder? They have a field for it. And the received/intake date is the date it was sent to petfinder not the intake date we recorded.
