What are the received date and found date used for?

      Typically, our organizations use the Received Date field to set the date when an animal enters their care, while Found Date is used to report the date a stray animal was found. The Found date field can help owners seeking a lost animal, as that is a public field that is available through our API to listing sites. Received Date is a private field that is not shared outside your account.
