Once the structure of your new form is complete, it's time to add some questions for your visitors to answer. To do so, you must either add questions directly to a created for or first have some questions in your account database that are already created. Every online form is made up of questions. So let us review how to add questions both to a form or to your database.
Where do I find it?
To add questions to your database for use on your forms, go to Features > Online Forms > Questions.
