Follow these instructions to create an online form for someone who is already in your Contacts list.
- Log in to your account at RescueGroups.org
- Go to Contacts > Submitted Forms
- Click Submit a Form button at the top of the page
- Select a Contact from the Contacts dropdown, or click the Add a Contact button to the right of the dropdown to create a new contact
- Select an Online Form
- Click Submit Form
