Having your forms such as adoption applications, foster applications, and equipment rentals online enables your visitors to fill the form out online, and also enables your volunteers to get an alert when a form is filled out.

You can find the Add an Online Form page by going to Features > Online Forms and clicking the Add an Online Form button.
