How to configure a global catch-all email address

You can handle the email sent to nonexistent users (email address not found) in one of several ways. One option is to configure a global catch-all email address to use to capture all the undeliverable email.

Enable this option if you want all of the undeliverable email (email address not found, etc) sent to a specific email address.

  1. Log in to the Control Panel.
  2. Click the Mail icon on the left navigation bar if the window didn't open to the Mail area.
  3. Click Mail Settings from the tab at the top.
  4. Click the tab beneath it labeled Mail for Non-Existent Users.
  5. Enter the email address to which you want all undeliverable mail sent.
  6. Click OK.
