This guide is designed to help you navigate your way through using the Online Forms Service to create online forms for all your needs, such as adoption applications, foster applications, equipment loans, and barn cat requests, to create custom questions to add to the default questions offered you for the forms, selecting the questions to add to the forms, and to manage completed forms, moving them through the process of receiving them and processing them and finally, approving or rejecting applications or better yet, linking a successful application to a successful adoption.
