With the Voice Mail service, you have an answering service with up to nine separate voice mailboxes. You can assign mailboxes to services, such as adoptions or returns, or to specific people, all your choice. Each mailbox can hold up to 100 messages at a time.

When you ordered your Voice Mail service, you selected one of three options:

  • To receive a new local or toll-free number (free)
  • To have your existing phone number ported ($25 add-on fee)
  • To receive a new vanity phone number ($25 add-on fee)

...

If you selected the add-on purchase of a toll-free vanity phone number, please search for your desired vanity number. There are many sites that offer this functionality, such as 800.com. Please understand that we cannot guarantee a number's availability, so we recommend that you select a few numbers and let us know your top three options. Once you identify your top three vanity toll-free numbers, please contact support to let us know so we can try to purchase one for your organization. Please note, we cannot guarantee that your number will have a specific toll free code (ie 800 or 888) but it will be a toll free number.

To transfer your existing phone number:

NOTE: you will receive another email from us when your phone number has been assigned and set up in our system.
