The information on the Email Marketing Campaign Settings page is important for you to know. If you send the maximum quota of emails for the month, the service stops sending emails. It does not continue sending more emails, so you are never charged an overage fee. If you want to send more emails on a given month, you can upgrade to a larger service package.

Finding the number of bounced emails

Bounced emails do count against the email quota because they are emails sent, even though they have bounced backed. They are bounced because they are rejected by the destination mail server after they were sent by the RescueGroups.org email server. |

You can check the number of bounced emails your organization has had for a particular campaign by going to Services > Email Marketing: Campaigns. The list of your current campaigns opens.
