Sending messages that are known to be undeliverable will hurt RescueGroups.org's ability to sent email to other recipients, so it is important that we be proactive to minimize the number of repeat undeliverable messages to the same recipient.

If the person's email address has changed and you need to reactivate their account, you'll need to edit their User Login Account.
- Login Log in to your Manage account.
- Go to Contacts > User Login Accounts.
- Find the correct User Login Account in the list and click their Username.
- Click Edit.
- Update the email address.
- Select Active.
- Click Save User.
