If you don't configure the mailbox to delete the audio recording it will still be available over the phone or on the web. You will need to delete the messages yourself so that the mailbox doesn’t fill up (maximum of 100 messages in each mailbox). |
Deleting voice mail messages using your web browser
To delete voice mail messages using your web browser, do the following:
- Login Log in to the mailbox (see Logging mailbox (See the chapter about logging in to a voice mailbox with your your mailbox using a web browser.).
- Select the check box checkbox next to each message you would like to delete.
- Click the Delete button.
