You can always find an adopted animal (or an animal with any status) by using Animals > Search. You also can go to the Animals page select the Adopted only view.

Tracking adoptions 

An easy way to track adoptions with the Website Service is by using the Adoptions feature.  By using this feature, you can capture a lot of information for your records, including contact information for the new owner, adoption fee, and donation amount.

Animal success stories

Another feature of your Website Service that we know you'll want to explore is the Animal Success Stories.  These are stories about the animal's successful adoption, written by your volunteers, complete with photos or videos.  For information about how to use this feature, see the Using the Animal Success Stories feature in this guide.
