Exploring the Contacts drop-down menu

From the Contacts menu, you can view and change many things about your contacts.  A few of the menu items that you might find useful are:

• Submitted Forms - forms that your contacts have submitted
• Adoptions - Adoptions completed by your contacts
• Donations - Donations that have been given to your organization by your contacts
• Sponsorships - Sponsorships being maintained by your contacts

These same items can be found in the top menu of any specific contact's page.  You can find a contact by searching (see the section on Searching in the Getting Started with RescueGroups.org for the various ways you can search for a contact.  You can also find a contact from the Contacts List located in the drop-down menu from the Contacts tab.

From the individual contact's top menu, you can see that you have many more options, such as viewing the email history submitted by that contact, looking at the volunteer hours completed by that contact (if a volunteer logging hours), and more.  Note that the Fosters listed in that menu means the animals that this contact is fostering.  Your Contacts menu offers a plethora of information for you to manage the people in your organization.
