_Importing_animal_data_from_Petstablished_Content_v1

If your organization would like to upload animal data from Petstablished to RescueGroups.org, please do the following:

1. Signup for an account with RescueGroups.org if you don't already have one. You can do that on the RescueGroups.org website: http://www.rescuegroups.org
2. After your account is created, create an FTP account.  Please see the FTP User Guide article for additional information about creating an FTP account.
   
   1. Login to your Manage account.
   2. Go to Services > FTP Account.  
3. Create an import for your data from Petstablished.  Please see the Import Accounts User Guide article for additional information about adding an Import Account.
   1. Login to your Manage account.
   2. Go to Animals > Imports.
   3. Click Add an Import Account.
   4. Select CSV for Configuration Type.
   5. Enter the File Name that Petstablished will be uploading (which is typically pets.csv).
   6. We recommend that you enter your email address so you can be alerted concerning import errors.
   7. Click Save Import Account.
4. Configure the Petstablished upload according to the vendor instructions.  Use the FTP account information for the upload.  If you need help configuring Petstablished please contact Petstablished support.
