How do I add FAQ's ( Frequently Asked Questions) to my Online Form?

I want to be sure someone reads our frequently asked questions and our process before filling out our online form. How can I do this?

      Many organizations have information that they would like an applicant to read first. Here is one way to provide that information on the form itself.

      How do I make sure people read and confirm information when filling out online form?

      Alternatively, you could add that information to the Form Introduction which precedes the form questions.
