Can we report fields within Submitted Forms?

Is it possible to create a custom report of responses to select fields within our Submitted Forms?  For example, we would like a report of responses to some of the questions on our Adoption Applications which are submitted online.

      Debbie,

      Currently, there is no way to report on submitted form answers.  It's certainly something we could consider adding in the future. I would recommend that you add a feature request in our Jira tracking system as described in the article below:
