Can we have animals with the status of Passed Away and Euthanized appear on our website page established for “Rainbow Bridge”?

   Debbie,

   With the RescueGroups.org Website Service, the Rainbow Bridge/Memorials feature does not automatically display an animal with the status of "passed away" or "euthanized". This feature is separate from the database as many organizations have animals who pass away that have not been added to their account.

   The alternative is to use the Pet Adoption Toolkit. You could create a Toolkit of animals with those specific statuses. You would then create a Custom Code Snippet and paste the Toolkit code into the snippet.

   Next you would create a Custom web page, then place the snippet on that web page. If you use this method, you could remove the built in Rainbow Bridge from your menu, and add your Custom page to your menu.
