When displaying the journal entries for a particular animal, is there a way to display the user/creator of each entry?  We have multiple users making journal entries and would like to know “who said what”.

It takes a few steps but you can identify the creator of a journal entry by doing a search in the Audit Log (Services → Account Administration → Audit Log) using the journal entry number.

While this doesn't show you a batch user report, I have personally rarely needed to identify the creator of every entry...only those that needed to be addressed for correctness.
      Hope this helps!

Arvella, with all due respect, the Audit Log is only available to those users with Site Admin permission.  We only have that for a few select users.  The majority of our users cannot access the Audit Log, nor would we want them to!  And we have multiple users entering Journal Entries, so we NEED to know who is saying what!  Right now I am having to encourage each user to always begin their JE with their name or initials, but that is not an effective solution as many of them forget to do so.  I have built a Shared Custom View for my group titled "Journal Entries with Details" and I do not understand why it would be such a huge deal to add a column to display the user name associated with the journal entry.

      Debbie,

Currently, there is no way to mass display in a view the creator of a Journal Entry.  However, it's certainly something we could consider adding in the future. I would recommend that you add a feature request in our Jira tracking system as described in the article below:

We would also recommend you contact support (https://rescuegroups.org/support/) regarding individual journals as we can provide assistance on a journal-by-journal basis.

      Sincerely,

      Karen
