Can we make the origin field or journal entries searchable? Or add an additional field in animals?

We need an additional field in animals to track the animals A#. The origin field would work, but it does not come up in searches. Journal entries also do not come up in searches. Is there a way we can add a field or make one of those searchable? We are already using the rescue ID and internal ID for other data.

      Many organizations use the Rescue ID or Internal ID for tracking the A number.

      Rather than deleting an animal, you may prefer to use one of the other animal statuses.

      Deleting an animal is often best for when you've created a duplicate and need to remove one.

            I'm starting to think the issue is that it's because the animal was 'deleted'
