How do I make custom email messages?

We want to be able to send out email messages with pictures included in those. Currently, it seems that the only thing you can put in the email messages is text. Is there a way to add pictures into these messages?

        Thanks Michelle, we use the Email Marketing Service for our Newsletters, Fundraisers, Etc for group related stuff that we send out. However, we wanted to be able to use it to just send an email to one particular contact for instances like birthdays, anniversaries, or a reminder. We use a lot of graphic flyers that way, any of my volunteers can grab it and send it through the email and our email address. I guess we will just have to send it via email of our own org email. It would have been nice to be able to track this is the database mgmt.
