Hi, We have several online forms and the generic subject line is creating additional work as volunteers have to sift through so much. In addition, and more importantly, we are not able to put headline grabbing information in the subject line. I've sifted through the support documents, and created customized email messages, but from what I can see, the custom message can only be assigned to all online forms and not individual ones. Therefore they are still just generic subjects and not tailored to a particular form. Am I missing something? Is there any workaround?

And example is on the dog adoption application, we would like to state that we have received the form for dog adoption and will review. On the volunteer application we would like to say something like Thank you for wanting to volunteer.

Declaring a subject line is technology that has been around for decades. There must be a way to build this into the interface. If not, and you're hiring, I'm available (smile)

Thank you

Cherie Hagen

      Cherie,

We do have an open feature request and a bug report regarding this topic. I would recommend logging in to our JIRA system and vote for this topic. You can also add to this request anything additional you would like to see, or create a new feature request as well. This helps our developers know what features to consider in future updates!

CMTY-241 - Modify subject line of form emails Open

CMTY-292 - Loading a Custom Email Message does not load the Subject Open

Here's how to create a login to our JIRA system and vote:

How can I submit a feature request or idea for an improvement to the RescueGroups.org services?

      Warmly,

      Michelle
