How do I hide the User Registration option?

Is there a way to hide the website registration option on the front page of the website, or to not allow visitors to no longer make their own Registered accounts? 

Website visitors do not need accounts for any reason on our site.

      This can be hidden with CSS. Since each layout is a bit different, please open a support ticket so we can assist you further.
