How can I show my adoptable animals on my Facebook account?

I've seen other groups have the ability to list their cats on their Facebook pages, how can I do this?  I've attached a picture as an example I've seen.

      Rachel,

      To use this feature, you must be one of our partner organizations. You can then use the Pet Adoption iFrame to display your organizations adoptable pets.
