How do I associate a form with an animal?

    If you're like us and you allow people to submit applications for pets that aren't posted, after you receive the application you can click Edit Submitted Form and change the pet from the dropdown.

      Heidi,

      You would create a question on your form like "Which animal are you interested in adopting?" and use the Answer Type, Available Animals which will add  a drop down for the applicant to select an animal from your account. If they adopt a different animal, you would change this on the backend.
