Is it possible to download the contacts and groups tables via FTP?

      Thank you, Michelle! I'm trying to create a file that contains all contacts with with all associated group designations. Is there a way to download a single "groups" table that contains the contact ID associated with each Group designation?

        Cindy, I believe you may need to export each contact group, then merge the data in excel. If you have additional questions, I would recommend opening a support ticket so one of our team who specializes in this topic can assist you.

      You would simply export the data as an xls or csv file.  Here's more information on working with data tables
