Is there a way to create a custom view in the animal list and have that available to all users in my organization?  Right now, I am having to go to each computer and manually set it up.  I can't even see a way to export/import the view?

      Melissa,

      Any custom view you create can be shared with users within your organization provided they have permissions to view them.  When you create the view, there is an option to "Share" (see image).  That view will be displayed to users across your organization in the drop-down for views.  You can read more about custom data table views in our guide here: Using data table views
