I mailed a check on June 4 to pay a late invoice, and it still has not cleared.  How do I find out if you even received it?

      Amy,

      Thanks for asking.  When the check does make its way to us we will mark the invoice and an automated email will be sent. Of course, you (or any site admin) can always verify the status of your invoice by going to Services > Account Administration > Invoices.  Feel free to contact support as well with any questions (https://rescuegroups.org/support/)

      Our team processes mailed in payments daily upon receiving them. We understand the priority of this action for our organizations. If there is a case of misdirected/delayed or lost mail you may consider paying the invoice via PayPal. You can follow directions on how to do so at the guide linked here: About your invoices

      If we do receive a check after you pay via PayPal, our standard process for checks that we receive without an open invoice involves notifying the organization and requesting direction to either credit your account or destroy the check.
