Can all my animals in Adopt-a-Pet be imported to Rescuegroups.org?

Will Adopt-a-Pet import to RG all of our animal data, regardless of status? We have several years of historical data that I would hate to lose.  Can I do an import from Adopt-a-Pet and an upload from the animalimport.xlsx?

      Sue,

      We reached out to Adopt-a-Pet and they said:
      "We have four pet status: Available, Hidden, Deleted, Adopted. The exports I'm (Adopt-a-Pet) able to email you (RescueGroups.org) have Available and Adopted. If the shelter logs in to their account, they can export hidden or any of the other status pets too from https://www.adoptapet.com/shelter/pet-export but they would be separate files for each status."

      We would ask that if you are trying to import other statuses (ie. other than Available and Adopted) you download the spreadsheet and sent it to us by opening a support ticket so we can ensure that we can import this file.  You can open a support ticket here: https://rescuegroups.org/support/
