How do I add a thank you letter to an adoption?

    Heidi,

    You would follow your normal method of sending your thank you letters.

    When adding an adoption, next to Thank you letter sent, you would select Yes or No.

      Thank you for your response. Sorry–That was poorly worded. I found email Messages under Features to create the email to attach when Yes is selected.
