How do I reset a volunteer account?

   Heidi,

   That error message most likely means the account was deleted.  You can follow the directions in our guide linked below to re-activate it:

   Reactivating a deleted user login account

   If this does not solve your issue we would encourage you to open a support ticket.  Please include the email and user login of the individual receiving the error.  You can open a support ticket here: https://rescuegroups.org/support/
