I have some animals under "Adoptions not tracked" but are, why?

I looked under Adoptions Not Tracked and we have several animals listed. I went to the last page and have some animals with names listed, they are not just blank. I don't know what needs to be changed on this cat's database so he doesn't appear under the untracked adoptions. I would like to know what I should be looking for. Thank you.

      The Adoptions Not Tracked feature provides a data table of animal records that have the status of Adopted, but have no successful Adoption record. So, if you see an animal with a status is Adopted, but his only Adoption record has the status of Return that would still list the animal in adoptions not tracked.

      This is because that would indicate he was adopted again later after he was returned from his first adoption, but the second adoption was not yet added.   In other words, there needs to be a successful adoption record if an animal has the adopted status or it will be listed in that table.  Hope this clarifies the situation!
