Why can't see the KIOSK option under Services?

I can't find/see the KIOSK option under Services.  Not sure if this is related, but I also can't see any of the other tool kit items.

      Monja,

      The likely issue here is that your user account does not have the proper roles to access this feature. Users must have been assigned one of the Animal roles (Animal Add or Animal Admin) or the Site Admin role in order to access the Pet Adoption Kiosk. The Pet Adoption Toolkit feature you mentioned requires the Animal Admin or Site Admin role.

        Monja,

        The Pet Adoption Kiosk (and toolkit) is found under features, so that may be part of the issue.  Below is a link on our kiosk with some nice illustrations on where you find it.
