Emails that utilize your organization's own domain can provide a more professional experience to your website visitors and volunteers. Additionally, Gmail and other third-party email service providers are creating more stringent DMARC policies, which is an email-validation system designed to detect and prevent email spoofing. Gmail may choose to determine that emails that are sent on your behalf from RescueGroups.org to your volunteers and website visitors are being spoofed, as they are not sent from Gmail servers. Using emails from your own domain avoids this issue. Below is a link on how you can add our email services to your account:

I currently use Gmail (or Hotmail, yahoo etc.) for my organization. However, I see you have email services. What benefit would singing up for these services give me? How do they work?
