How do you find Animal Settings?

In the process of setting up automatically registering microchips- the user guide says to go to Animals>Settings, but there isn't anything called settings the animal tab. The link to the page from the user guide is broken as well.

      Thanks for contacting support.  The information you received on the video was accurate, as the information is under the Animals Tab (see the image below and guide link).

      About Animal Settings


      Now there are two likely possibilities for why you are unable to see this information.  

      1. You are logged onto our legacy Pet Adoption Portal vs. our newer Manage Portal.  Please be sure you are logged into our Manage portal at:  https://rescuegroups.org/manage/ 

      2. You do not have adequate permissions to access this information.  

      If you are sure you are logged in at our manage portal (#1), then please contact support so we can look at your account and help you troubleshoot: https://rescuegroups.org/support/
