What is the best way to send and update general information sent with all animal exports (Templates vs. Header & Footer)?

Hi -

Is there any way to have all of our animals exported (refreshed) on the export sites? We made a change to the description in our templates and need to push out the new version. Thank you.

      In RescueGroups.org, the Templates feature is used to easily create similar animal records. However, changes to a template will not alter an animal record after it is created. So, the template changes made by your team will not affect any existing animal records. You can read more about our Templates feature here:

      If you have identical information that you want shared on each animal record, with the ability to update it at any time, it sounds like you might want to instead utilize the Animal Description Header & Footer feature:

      Please note, changes to the Animal Description Header and Footer would automatically be uploaded to animal listing sites, just like animal changes.
