What to do if I cannot view my forms, I just get a blank screen?

I have always been able to view submitted forms (adoption applications) in RG.  In the past couple of days when I click on a "submitted form" I can not read the application, I get only a dark grey screen.  I do get notification though that an application has been received.

      Gail,

      It sounds like it could be a browser or cookie issue. Can you see if the same behavior occurs using a different browser? We've shared a link below with a few troubleshooting techniques to fix your current browser.         Thank you Karen.  I tried using Internet Explorer and can open the forms.  So strange as I have used Chrome for a very long time.  Thank you again.
