How do I see all submitted forms on the app?

How do I make it where I am able to see ALL submitted forms for an animal on the RG app?  I asked about this in 2017.  Back then, it would not show any that were "cancelled".  Now, it's only showing the "submitted" forms.  No Denied, no Cancelled, not even Adopted.  Help please!

        When you say "app", are you asking specifically about the Android App?
