Can I add Animals using import fields with .csv file?

I am using a .CSV file to import animals and I would like to also import current size (lbs) and current age (years, Months). These fields are not in the supported fields list but they are available if I enter each dog manually. Is there a way to import these fields?

      Michele,

      We do allow you to manually import animals.  While this is outside our normal fields (linked below), there is a possibility we may be able to help.

      Supported animal import fields

      Please open a support ticket and share the document you are referring to.  Once we take a look at it, we will be able to give a definitive response.
