When you euthanize a dog for health reasons is it better to list the status as passed away or euthanized with the reason explained?

      since there are fields for both, I tend to use the actual one that applies to it.  So for the outcome, we use euthanized. Once you choose that, there is another dropdown list for the reason for euthanasia - which helps you track it.  If you choose "deceased" there is no ensuing option.
