Is there a way to get our websites to be more mobile view friendly?

Is there any way to get our websites to look more view friendly on mobile phones? Right now they look really outdated and small. Considering in this day and age we really need to have a mobile friendly website.

      While the Website Service currently does not include this functionality, you can add media queries to your style sheet to make the text larger, and you may also went to conditionally hide some elements with media queries as well.
