We would like to go paperless. Can our PDF contract be electronically signed?

      Yes. If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat DC then you can add the digital signature field yourself before sending us the PDF contract to add to your account.

      We can also add this field for you if you send us a Word Doc, or PDF.

      If you also have the Data Management Service and/or Website Service:

      Once the applicant digitally signs the PDF Contract and sends it back to your organization, you can then upload the PDF Contract to the Animal Files and/or Contact Files.
